Great service. Got us in and out quickly. Love our 2025 ford maverick. Absolutely no pressure and Lance was very respectful. Very rare to see at a dealership, but glad this was my experience. We will be back in a few months to get another truck from Lance.

If you are looking for no pressure sales, this is the place for you. We are very picky about our vehicles since we keep them for many years. We told the sales team exactly what we wanted and they were able to check every box. We were not in a hurry and it took a little time but we ended up with a great deal.

Their Salesman went the extra mile in searching to find my vehicle. Paper work and Finance Dept handled well and went smoothly. Only hitch was the day I picked it up was a Monday and the check out and prep of my vehicle and readiness of it to be handed over lacked key temp tags. That error had to be fixed on the fly..A cleared and defined process to pass the vehicle over to the new owner should be on a check list. Keep it simple and clean.
